Patchy dense fog will begin lifting out through the morning as hour-by-hour temperatures rise near 70 by lunch time. Today, partly to mostly cloudy skies along with highs warming into the mid-to-upper 70s.
Expect to see developing showers move in later this afternoon into the evening hours. Overnight storms are a strong possibility with a low-end threat for severe storms, yet gusty winds and hail will be the main threat tonight into Sunday AM.
The risk for severe storms remains for Sunday with the potential for a few storms capable of producing large hail and damaging winds, but we cannot rule out a tornado or two for Sunday into Monday ahead of an approaching cold front.
We'll begin clearing out Monday after a few morning showers, then a dry pattern sets up through Wednesday along with slightly cooler temperatures in the lower 70s. Stay weather alert this weekend.
